    Description and Responsibilities

    We currently have an opening for a Bagger Operator position in our Bulk Blending Department.  Hours are 6pm - 6am on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule working every other weekend.


    • Responsible for taking analytical/micro samples.
    • Helps ensure production needs are met with regard to quality, GMP’s and safety. This includes HAACP.
    • Responsible for packaging all ingredients into bags or totes.
    • Responsible for emptying trash.
    • Responsible for cleaning parts during the C.I.P. process.
    • Comprehend all aspects of the C.I.P. process, including, salt flushes, and allergen cleans.
    • Maintain sanitation level at all times.
    • Responsible for accurate recording of production.



    • Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
    • Must have the ability to lift 50lbs routinely.
    • Must have a good attendance record.
    • Must learn all aspects of bagger position, which includes operating bagger, shop packet recording, sample pulling and daily cleaning tasks.
    • Must learn CIP job related responsibilities.
