    Description and Responsibilities

    Supply Chain & Logistics –

    • Effectively influence customers to gain support for replenishment and inventory management policies that maximize product availability at store level, while minimizing inventory in the supply chain
    • Monitor and update customer forecasts to ensure they accurately reflect sales trends
    • Provide weekly/monthly/as needed reporting to sales team and cross functional partners outlining inventory position and supply risks/opportunities
    • Partner with sales team to support strategic planning and execute supply chain needs for growth opportunities
    • Identify supply chain cost savings opportunities to include logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, etc 
    • Commercialization & NPD -
    • Drive all commercialization activities both with internal & co-manufacturing related to 7-Eleven NA
    • Lead product set up process with 7-Eleven and associated distribution companies
    • SFDC Management including technical documents, quotes, opportunity management, samples, etc
    • Packaging development and management of internal & external designers
    • Support Sales lead & R&D in tastings and competitive product acquisition  

    Business Development –

    • Support Sales lead in the development of customer presentations
    • Engage with marketing to define research needs, graphic projects, and trade shows
    • Participate in customer engagement / presentations Global Support –
    •  Support supply chain initiatives of any global 7-Eleven opportunities 

    Additional Requirements:

    • 15% travel requirements which will include air and car travel – US & Canada
    • Occasional nights and weekends may be required due to customer meetings / trade shows


    Work Experience and Education

    • Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales, Marketing or Supply Chain role in a manufacturing environment
    • Experience with New Product Development Process and Customer Product Set Up to include GS1
    • Preferred Candidates with Foodservice / Convenience Store / CPG Manufacturing Experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Bachelors Degree Required
