    Description and Responsibilities

    • Support the North America commercial finance operating model which reflects best practice and global ways of working.
    • Validate customer trade program data prior to program creation in ERP.
    • Process rebate claims including claim support upload, validation, exception management, and payment or matching to open deductions.
    • Support collection of invalid customer claims. 
    • Ensure timely processing of broker payments and submission of brokerage reports.
    • Processing of external sales information, including redistribution and velocity data, into relevant systems.
    • Ensure service levels are met related to deductions, customer claims, broker payments, trade program review, and other relevant processes.
    • Collaborate with functional and business stakeholders to ensure the business outcomes are achieved.
    • Other duties as assigned




    2 or more years of experience in fast paced environment

    • Associate’s degree in accounting/finance or related area a plus

    • Working knowledge of Blacksmith’s FORGE application preferred

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Proficiency working with ERP and Business Intelligence systems
