    Description and Responsibilities

    The Technology Marketing Specialist is responsible for working closely with the Senior Technology Marketing Manager in the transformation of a selected suite of Kerry’s Strategic Growth Initiatives (SGIs). This role will also support the SGI Business Development Manager and Strategic Marketing teams across a range of categories, businesses, and customer segments to help build a go-to market plan for internal and external communications. A key objective for this role will be to ensure communication across all the teams are well aligned and teams are accomplishing their responsibilities for the SGIs.



    • Project Management & Collaboration
      • Assist in the project management and execution of high quality, trend and insight driven marketing communication initiatives on SGIs
      • Collaborate with key Kerry departments to act as the conduit for deliverables with assigned presentation and platform initiatives
      • Interact with the Food, Beverage, and Meat marketing teams to leverage their SGI knowledge in order to build out the go to market plan and provide the tools needed for their customer facing opportunities
    • Communication & Messaging, Brand Positioning
        • Develop and create marketing communications collateral outputs such as presentations, video/audio files and printed sales materials to be accessed by the Business Team and sales organizations across N. America
        • Interact with the MarComm team to provide guidance and content for external communication plans
        • Participate in content harvesting for copywriting purposes supporting various marketing initiatives
        • Responsible for timely communication and training of sales teams on product portfolio initiatives
        • Manage creative development process by developing creative briefs, timelines and approving creative execution to ensure consistency with brand standards
    • Interact with senior leaders in the organization to provide monthly reporting of SGIs performance and communicate ongoing activities
    • Insight Development
      • Synthesize proprietary and secondary marketing research data to develop persuasive, compelling insight messages to be deliver through presentations and marketing collateral
    • Content Management
      • Keep all files/presentations up to date and provide reports as required
      • Manage the SGI’s digital content, including but not limited to: sales collateral, podcasts, videos, webinars, training guides, etc.



      • BS degree in Business, Marketing, Strategic Communications or related field. 
      • 2-3 years of experience in a contemporary marketing function within the food ingredient industry developing strategic communications in business-to-business or business-to-consumer environment.
    • Market research & analysis experience


      • Familiarity with Food Science technologies and Clean Label activity is preferred
      • Excellent writing and editing skills and masterful power point skills a must
    • Excellent oral presentation skills
    • Passionate about the food and beverage industry
