    Description and Responsibilities


    To work collaboratively with account managers, customer care, marketing, R&D to improve customer experience with Kerry. By acting as liaison between supply chain, sales staff, customer care and the client. The sales support specialist has a very close working relationship with clients, and administrative supports their needs through a variety of reports and communications

    Key responsibilities

    • Manage a set of inside sales accounts and pursue new leads to help grow business and achieve sales targets for respective Canadian territory
    • Collect information (quotes, samples, data sheet requests) to be uploaded in SalesForce.com
    • Assist with sales activities in the identification of growth potentials by conducting sales analysis in order to identify lost or lagging business
    • Assist with the tracking of sales targets to facilitate growth where possible
    • Be a secondary point of contact for the customer to ensure request/issues are taken care of quickly
    • Provide assistance in resolving urgent situations coordinating with the Account Manager.
    • Monitor client’s and competitions business trends.
    • Provide assistance to marketing in preparing for customer presentations, data collection and trade activities
    • Works with internal staff to ensure Kerry delivers exceptional customer service
    • Provide assistance in the assembly of information for price quotes and contracts preparation
    • Assist customer care when needed in PO process and order tracking
    • Provide assistance in the assembly of information including KPI’s, forecast, and projects for customer business review presentations
    • Assist account team with brainstorm meetings for concept development
    • Assist account team in coordinating and producing special projects for customers
    • Attend customer meetings or joint calls with the Account Manager



    • College diploma
    • 2 years Sales experience
    • Candidate must have a strong organizational aptitude, must be detailed oriented and critical thinking skills
    • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to relate to, communicate with, individuals at all levels
    • Bilingual and good computer skills
