    This is an excellent opportunity to join our team at our Walpole, Massachusetts location in the Equipment Administration Support role.  This position will be responsible for processing service work orders, invoicing of accounts and the entry of transactions within a third party service system.  Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment asset records, processing equipment movement in ERP system, and assisting with physical inventories of parts and equipment.


    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
    • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products or similar programs.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, be a team player, and work in a fast paced environment
