    Description and Responsibilities

    Job Description

    We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our regional MDM team and assist with our Global SAP Implementation Programme (Kerryconnect). We are currently managing parallel releases of a global template in complex cut-over environments which require a high level of project management discipline, ERP systems knowledge and an appreciation of change management. The deployment has been completed in EMEA, APMEA and is in progress in LATAM. We are now resourcing for the North American deployment. The role will report to the Senior MDM Analyst and be based in or near Beloit, Wisconsin, our North American Headquarters.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the MDM governance model in line with the KerryConnect project
    • Preparation of legacy data to the required standard for conversion
    • Responsible for routine keying of data into multiple ERP systems
    • Communication to manager on cleansing and enrichment progress
    • Identification of duplicate records
    • Complete daily reports to ensure data quality

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    • 2 or more years of experience in fast paced environment
    • Associate’s degree in accounting/finance or related area a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Proficiency working with ERP and Business Intelligence systems
    • Experience with Sharepoint is a plus
