    Description and Responsibilities

    We’re hiring a self-motivated SAP Project Coordinator to support various projects for the Liquid Beverage division of Kerry in Byesville, OH. Projects varies from business case development for capital approval, equipment installation, new ERP implementation (SAP), and more. In the role, the SAP Project Coordinator will also be required to maintain the list of the Plant projects, work with the Plant Management to prioritize and plan properly the sequencing of all projects in line with available Plant Resources. The successful candidate work easily with different level in the organization and cross functionally to ensure project are well defined and project delivered on scope, on time and on budget. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our changing industry and fast pace environment.

    • Manage, coordinate teams and report on the portfolio of projects for the Byesville’s Plant
    • Partner with team leads on implementation of new technologies, coordinate installations and various upgrade initiatives
    • Onboard and coach all resources working on Byesville’s projects to meet Kerry Project Management Standards
    • Ensure all project scope, timeline and budget are well defined and communicated
    • Oversee all phases of assigned projects from inception to final operation. 


    • Meet with stakeholders to capture requirements, estimate costs, clarify scope and define project
    • Document project definition including objectives, deliverables, timeline, cost, constraints, team.
    • Plan project resources from budget to people and material
    • Delegate tasks based on assigned team member’s strengths, skill sets and experience levels
    • Track project execution, report progress and performance
    • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project scope as needed
    • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with the team and different stakeholders
    • Review all deliverable and ensure proper quality evaluation are in place
    • Manage issues and risks as the project progresses
    • Use and continually develop leadership skills
    • Maintain list of Byesville Plant projects
    • Conduct Portfolio Prioritization and Management meetings
    • Provide recommendations on project portfolio optimization


    • Proficient in the development of project planning, schedules, cost estimates, PID's and other manufacturing requirements.
    • Business Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

    • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, decision making and organizational skills.

    • Good interpersonal skills.

    • Able to manage multiple priorities.

    • Good written and verbal communication skills.

    • Able to work and achieve results under pressure.

    • Must be able to work independently, without direct supervision.

    • Occasional travel required.
    • Experience on a PMO team IT, SAP or Manufacturing is a plus.
