    Description and Responsibilities


    Kerry has an exciting Warehouse Supervisor position located in Woodstock, Ontario. We have 45 sites across North America and our Woodstock, Ontario, site is a part of the Dairy & Culinary business and has 50 employees. This is a site we are looking to grow and has multi-food technologies. We are looking for someone open to career advancement throughout Canada, and/or internationally, and also someone who is comfortable working all shifts. This role will be day shift, needing someone who is flexible if needed. 


    Responsibilities include: 

    • Managing the incoming and outflow of raw materials and finished goods
    • Liaison with customer service to ensure customer requirements are complete for on time for shipment of order
    • Monitor and organize receipt of raw materials enter into AS400, RF Scanning system, and SAP
    • Monitor the vendor schedule receipts report for planning receiving personnel



    • College/University Degree
    • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment
    • Demonstrated success in developing/implementing continuous improvement initiatives and accountablity programs
    • Demostrated success assessing, developing and retaining top talent 
    • Proven ability to lead with the following competencies: Critical thinking, Continuous Cost Focus, Technicial Expertise, Influence and Delivery of Sustainable Results
    • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
    • Experience supervising in a unionized environment
    • Must have a flexible schedule - this position is Day Shift
    • Must be able to troubleshoot problem(s) to develop corrective actions
