    Description and Responsibilities

    Based in the Eastern United States you will report to the Director Foodservice Sales – East.

    • You will manage and direct all sales efforts as National Account Manager for assigned Chain Accounts in the assigned territory.
    • You will defend and expand the existing base of Customized and Branded business at current active Chain Accounts through penetration and Insight Selling resulting in increased profitable Food and Beverage revenue.
    • You will develop new and profitable Customized and Branded business at targeted Chain Accounts by providing relevant business insights that tie to value added Food and Beverage solutions.
    • You will develop and manage customer relationships at all levels at assigned Chain Accounts.
    • You will manage customer agreements that deliver against annual operating plans.
    • You will manage and orchestrate all approved customer projects, initiatives and opportunities, utilizing the appropriate resources to win.
    • You will develop and execute strategic plans that address your customer’s goals, objectives and challenges, optimizing the use of all pertinent Kerry technologies.
    • You will develop and execute on pricing strategies
    • You will participate in the development, implementation and achievement of annual budgets and manage Trade and T&E spend within budget.

    • You will have strong verbal and written skills.
    • You will exhibit enthusiasm, self-motivation, and strong initiative, with ability to be a team player.
    • You will provide concise and timely communications both internally and externally.
    • You will have the ability to orchestrate, manage and focus resources towards a common sales goal. Strong presentation and organizational skills.
    • You will effectively promote Kerry within the foodservice community.
    • You will have Experience with Salesforce.com.
    • You will be expected to travel as needed to achieve and exceed your objectives.


    Education -


    • You will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Food Science with emphasis in Business or Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent.


    Experience –


    • You will have a minimum 5 years’ experience successfully managing Top 100 Chain Customers.
