    Description and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for all manufacturing operations including the safety, production efficiencies, quality, customer service, and financial performance of the plant
    • Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes
    • Leads team members in attaining plant production and quality targets
    • Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals are met
    • Creates and maintains an engaged and team-oriented workforce to meet business demands

    • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study
    • Demonstrated success as a change agent & developing/implementing continuous improvement initiatives and accountability programs
    • Demonstrated success assessing, developing and retaining top talent
    • Proven ability to drive process improvements, adhere to budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance
    • Proven ability to lead with the following key competencies: Strategic Thinking, Managing Change, Critical Thinking, Continuous Cost Focus, Technical Expertise, Influence and Delivery of Sustainable Results
    • Minimum 5 years experience as a Plant Manager for a food/beverage industry
    • Experience developing teams and people; self-motivator; go-getter
