This position will be responsible for the development of new, innovative products (soups, sauces, sides and dips) from concept to final production that meets our customer’s needs and expectations while accomplishing Kerry's financial and operational objectives. This includes leading and overseeing all stages of product, process development, formulation optimization, and sourcing of ingredients and raw materials to insure that the company is using “low cost” formulations to drive efficiency and cost savings, while meeting customer’s expectations.
