Description and Responsibilities

**This position can be in Beloit, WI or Byesville, OH***

We’re hiring a self-motivated Project Manager to support various projects in the Liquid Beverage division of Kerry. Projects varies from business case development for capital approval, equipment installation, product commercialization, new system implementation (i.e. SAP), merger and acquisition integration and more.

The successful candidate works easily with different level in the organization and cross functionally to ensure project are well defined and deliverables fall within the applicable scope, timeline and budget. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our changing industry and fast pace environment. The job requires some travel.


  • Create, define, manage projects to ensure compliance with Kerry standards. 
  • Oversee all phases of assigned projects from inception to final operation, which include project planning, estimating, organizing project staff, coordinating, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and financial control.
  • Communicate and manage stakeholders to capture requirements, clarify scope and define project.
  • Document project definition including objectives, deliverables, timeline, cost, constraints, team.
  • Plan project resources from budget to people and material.
  • Delegate tasks based on assigned team member’s strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Track project execution, report progress and performance
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project scope as needed
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with the team and different stakeholders, collaborate internally to ensure delivery of milestones.
  • Review all deliverables and ensure proper quality evaluation are in place that align with Kerry standards.
  • Manage issues and risks as the project progresses, ensure escalation as needed..


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred or equivalent experience as a project manager, PMP or similar role
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, listening and business acumen skills.
  • Theoretical and practical project management experience and knowledge.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and ability to work in a matrixed environment
  • Some contract negotiation and conflict resolution experience.
  • Resilient, adaptable, flexible and able to handle tight deadlines or request.
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and Powerpoint and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Must be able to travel 10-50% depending on projects.
