Description and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a part of the IT Business Engagement team and assist them with the execution of various projects and business priorities. The candidate will be required to work on various aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), process modelling and project management


  • Assist ICT Analysts and Business Engagement teams with assigned projects and associated tasks
    • Assisting with Requirements gathering for particular projects or change requests
    • Assisting with completion of Functional designs
    • Assist with creation of test plans, test scripts and scenarios
    • Co-ordinate project activities through managing project plans and other project documents
  • Organize and conduct business meetings for specific project areas as assigned, document notes; prepare and circulate minutes
  • Document key processes in ICT through interviewing stakeholders, subject matter experts; prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist with the creation of process maps and business process design documents
  • Perform other business tasks and duties as assigned.
