Description and Responsibilities

Review and monitor centralized processes; while collaborating with Plant Controllers to ensure adherence and while developing and implementing corrective actions.

  • Analyze and record material purchase accruals, inventory adjustments, freight accruals and market adjustments in relation to inventory at manufacturing locations.
  • Develop tools and reporting methods for variance reporting that identify and analyze key variables which affect the financial performance of the business.
  • Develop, prepare and present, mid-year and yearly budget projections
  • Manage, review, audit and maintain process manufacturing master data
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives across various regions and business units.


  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate professionally to all levels of an organization
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
