Description and Responsibilities


The Relief Operator has the primary responsibility of supporting all roles in the Bulk Blending department, covering sick and vacation leaves and supporting team where needced.  This position will learn aspects of all roles including staging, bagging and blending.


Resposiblitities include

  • Acts as a fill in, supporting all roles within the Legacy Blending department..
  • Coaches and directs other blending personnel to ensure they have the required information to perform their jobs, as well as ensuring GMP’s, quality and safety standards are being followed.  
  • Assists maintenance in assessing equipment problems/malfunctions and follows up on the progress of said repairs.
  • Understand and communicate to employees, as needed, all company procedures as they relate to the blending process, including proper paperwork completion.  
  • Must be willing to train members on their team as well as provide feedback on performance.



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Good leadership skills, must lead by example
  • Great attendance - expected to be at work and on time.  Overtime as required.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Ability/willingness to learn quickly
  • Demonstrated knowledge of operations
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
  • Team player, action oriented and problem solving abilities.
  • Must be able to read and communicate production schedules.
