Description and Responsibilities

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing 7 centrally managed 3rd party warehouses located across North America. Responsibilities include ensuring service, cost, and quality KPI’s are achieved and serving as an escalation point for priority items.


This role is located at Kerry's North American Headquarters in Beloit, Wisconson.


Other key responsibilites include the following:


  • Maintain daily communications with 7 third party facilities across North America
  • Maintain and run reports as needed
  • Oversee efficient operations of facilities
  • Achieve all service, quality, cost and other KPI’s
  • Act as an escalation point for issues and help with problem resolution
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Manage and optimize capacity levels in facilities


Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in supply chain, business, or related field required

Experience warehouse operations required; experience within food manufacturing facility a plus.  

3+ years in a manufacturing warehouse distribution

Demonstrated ability to lead and champion change
