Description and Responsibilities

Job Description

This position reports to the Commercial Finance Director – Front Office. This role is a finance business partner to the front office functions. This role also involves analysis for and presentations to executive management and the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy challenging face to face meetings with the ability to win trust, confidence and build relationships.



  • Analysis of data to understand key business drivers and trends to identify, action and implement solutions to improve business growth
  • Collaborate with functional and business stakeholders across regions to establish and evolve KPI’s to measure success of initiatives
  • Provide standardized monthly commercial effectiveness, profit improvement program and commodity risk management reports in an accurate and timely manner to the business stakeholders and senior management
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the front office functions and driving the implementation of these with the appropriate project managers
  • Drive data alignment and accuracy across all commercial systems
  • Support the annual target setting process for the front office
  • Attending business stage gate meetings and adding value through gaining knowledge of Kerry’s products and customers
  • Lead profit improvement program reviews and support ideation sessions to increase product profitability
  • Support and participate in cross functional business and procurement meetings to review commodity market fundamentals and agree future purchasing strategies.









  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in accounting/finance/business or related area
  • 3 – 5 years of professional experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate effectively to all levels and functions of an organization
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Analytical with strong business acumen and the ability to transform data into actionable business insights
  • Strong planning, organizing and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Visual Basic skills, a plus
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems, business intelligence systems, CRM systems
