    Description and Responsibilities

    Provide site support to project engineers on corporate projects to ensure the project business objectives are attained. Participate in design, budget and construction meetings, and ensure project objectives are maintained through communication with plant operations staff, outside contractors, and the assigned project engineer.                     


    Essential Functions and Duties:

    • Provide site support to project engineers on major corporate projects ensuring the project scope, schedule and budget are maintained.
    • Support line relocations and plant consolidations/start-ups through coordination with outside contractors and plant operations staff.
    • Develop process flow diagrams of existing production lines to identify potential process improvements.
    • Define line speeds, rates, and efficiency targets for modified lines to capture and track actual performance vs. target.
    • Direct installations via outside contractors and design resources during the construction phase of projects.
    • Oversee general construction projects and manage to budget and schedule.
    • Ensure that production lines are built to Kerry and GMP standards.
    • Support multiple projects in multiple locations.
    • Provide preliminary cost estimates and scope development for future projects.


    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in industrial or mechanical engineering.
    • Ability & willingness to relocate and travel as needed and take on assignments ranging from 18-24 months.
    • Willingness to learn & perform in a fast-paced, hands-on capacity
    • Travel up to 50%
