Description and Responsibilities

We have an opportunity for an experienced SAP Business Analysts to join our Global SAP Implementation Program (Kerryconnect).  We are currently managing parallel releases of a global template in complex cut-over environments which require a high level of project management discipline, ERP systems knowledge and an appreciation of change management. The deployment has been completed in EMEA, APMEA and is in progress in LATAM. We are now resourcing for the North American deployment into approximately 40 manufacturing sites and associated distribution centers. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated person to work in a progressive and developing company with great people and to apply their knowledge and expertise in a dynamic project environment.

We have vacancies in the following areas: FICO, SD, WM, PPPI, PM, SRM, QM, GTS, EHS, APO, MM, PMM, Material Ledger. The roles will be based in or near Beloit, Wisconsin, our North American Headquarters. The implementation team will be a mix of experienced Kerryconnect resources, local IT and business subject matter experts as well as an SI partner. The program is expected to begin Sept 1, 2018 and be completed by mid-2021. Prior to that you will become familiar with our Global Template and ways of working by getting involved in on-going Releases. It is expected that successful business analysts will have a broad range of career opportunities post-deployment either in ICT or the business, in NA or other Regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for and partake in design fit/gap workshops and identify gaps and solutions to meet business requirements
  • Support super-users from the business in the preparation and validation of the data for conversion. Validate and load the data into SAP
  • Prepare functional specifications for RICEFWs (Reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms and workflows).
  • Assist in SAP configuration during the build phase
  • Assist in generation of test scripts, carry out product testing and support user acceptance testing and business simulation.
  • Carry out the relevant activities in site preparation, cut-over, and post-go live support
  • Validate training material developed by the training team
  • Work in other areas of the program as required

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in an ICT, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or other related discipline with at least 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role in an SAP implementation
  • Strong project management skills
  • A team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills both in a project environment and with business stakeholders
  • Excellent document writing skills (e.g. functional specifications)
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Well organised with a proven track record in meeting challenging deadlines
  • You will be required to travel to the deployment sites in North America and to other Regions as appropriate
